UNNhibited is more than what we pour. It’s how we choose to live.

For us, being UNNhibited means letting go of the limits we put on ourselves. Trying something new. Taking the risk. Having the conversation. Being willing to do things a little differently and creating a life that actually feels like your own.

We’re Scott & Vicki. We first met as co-workers in 2007, but life took us in different directions before bringing us back together years later.

When our relationship began in 2020, we quickly realized we shared more than just a history. We had both experienced enough of life to know we wanted something different—more experiences, more genuine connection, more freedom, and a lot less concern about how life was “supposed” to look.

That mindset became the foundation for UNNhibited.

Scott’s connection to craft beer started long before UNNhibited. As a home brewer for several years, he developed a real appreciation for the craft, creativity and process behind making beer. But what stuck with him most were the people. Over the years, craft beer led to friendships and connections with brewers, brewery owners and fellow beer lovers from all walks of life.

It became about more than what was in the glass. It was the conversations, the people you met and the connections that happened because you happened to be sharing a beer.

Vicki has always had an appreciation for real conversations, genuine connection, travel, the outdoors and a little spontaneity along the way. When Scott introduced her to the craft beer world, it all seemed to fit. She quickly discovered that it wasn’t just about the beer—it was the places, the people, the experiences and the conversations that came with it. It meshed naturally with the way she already enjoyed living life and connecting with people.

Together, their shared appreciation for connection, new experiences and doing life a little differently started to become something more.

Somewhere along the way, those worlds collided.

AND UNNHIBITED WAS BORN.

What started as a mobile Tap Trailer serving craft beer, cider and wine has grown into something much bigger.

Today, you’ll find UNNhibited on the road at events, festivals, private parties and gatherings—and at The UNNhibited Outpost, our home base in Gardnerville, created as a place for people to gather, connect, catch some live music, take a class or workshop, celebrate something, or simply hang out and stay awhile.

But through all of that, the purpose hasn’t changed.

Beer is the tool. Connection is the mission.

We believe some of the best moments happen when people put down the distractions, pull up a chair and actually talk to each other.

We believe in supporting local, collaborating with good people, trying new things and creating experiences that bring people together. And we believe life gets a hell of a lot more interesting when you stop waiting for permission to live it.
